You can cancel a subscription template so that no further payments against the subscription template are collected from every customer assigned to it.
Please note: If you are cancelling a subscription template within three working days of the next charge date, these upcoming payments will not cancel automatically and would need to be cancelled separately.
How to cancel a subscription template
Cancelling a subscription template will cancel the subscriptions for all customers assigned to it. To cancel a subscription template please follow these steps:

Navigate to the subscription template page via the payments tab in your dashboard and click on the subscription template you wish to cancel.

Next, click on the three dots in the top right of the page and click cancel

Confirm that you wish to cancel the subscription template in the confirmation box by clicking the cancel subscription template button.
