The GoCardless for Xero dashboard will soon have a new look and we're excited about new things to come!
Why are we doing this?
As you may know, the GoCardless for Xero integration (formerly known as Directli) has recently been acquired by GoCardless. The reason behind this change is to make the GoCardless for Xero integration part of the GoCardless family, and enable us to provide a better and more consistent customer experience.
What will change?
To begin with, we're changing the look and feel of the GoCardless for Xero dashboard to bring it in line with the GoCardless brand. This is the biggest change we're making for the moment, but the underlying functionality will remain the same. You can see a sample of what it's going to look like below:
The only change you'll notice to the layout is that we've moved the user settings. These can now be found in the top right corner:
In the second phase of changes, we'll be making small improvements to the dashboard to help make the GoCardless for Xero dashboard more intuitive, particularly for new users. A preview of what's to come can be seen below:
Will the way I use GoCardless for Xero change?
We're not making any changes to the underlying functionality of GoCardless for Xero. You can continue to use the dashboard as you do now.
