If you were expecting a notification email and have not received one, we recommend first checking your Spam or Junk folder to make sure it has not been diverted there.
We would advise that you add ‘email@example.com’ as a contact in your email account to make sure our emails are not blocked or marked as spam.
Please also check that your email notification options are selected within your dashboard settings area. To check this click on settings in the top right of your dashboard and select user settings. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and ensure that the required notification options are selected.
If, after doing the above, you are still not receiving any expected notification emails, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate further.
