Automatic Payment Retries
When a payment fails, it will automatically be retried after a set number of days. This can be configured from the GoCardless Configuration tab. The retry interval may be set to zero days for a same day retry of failed payments. If a payment fails after being retried three times, it will no longer be able to be retried through GoCardless.
If a payment fails, but you do not wish to wait for the automatic retry, payments may be manually retried by clicking the 'Retry Payment' button on the failed Payment Schedule Line Item.
