Identity

• Passport

• Photo driving licence

• National ID card

The document will need to display your full name, date of birth and document expiry date.

Address

• Bank document

• Telephone or internet service provider bill

• Electricity, gas or water bill

• Annual tax statement (Avis d'imposition)

The document will need to display your full name, residential/home address and a date of issue within the past 6 months. 

This document should be issued by a credit agency (e.g a bank or utilities provider) or a government authority.

Bank account

• Bank statement

• Screenshot of online banking

• Bank account opening letter

• Official letter of proof from your bank (confirming the account holder name and account details)

• RIB (Relevé d’Identité Bancaire

The document will need to display the full account holder name, bank account details (or IBAN) and a date of issue within the past 6 months.

RIB don’t need to display an issue date

Director verification

• Kbis extract issued within the last 3 months

Needs to be a Kbis extract issued by the commercial court (greffe du tribunal de commerce) or online on infogreffe.fr* (*except for companies whose head office is located in Alsace, Moselle or Guyana)

Charity verification

All supporting documents and some additional charity details will be requested via email. There is currently no option to upload the documents in the dashboard. 

The additional information
include:

• The RNA number (charity number) if not provided already

• The SIREN number (if applicable)

• The exact list of countries in which the charity operates

To verify the trustees (Membres du Bureau), we also need: 

• The Bylaws 

• The minutes of the last general assembly meeting during which the members of the executive board have been elected

“Association loi 1901” with a RNA number

If the bylaws state that the mandate of the Bureau is for one year, we need the report of a General Assembly meeting to be less than a year old
