Receiving your payout report

In this article we will cover what information we will send to you with your payout and how you can find more information on payments that have been paid out to you.

What information you will receive with your payout

On the day your payout is processed you will receive a notification confirming the amount being paid out to you. These emails will have the subject line ‘GoCardless has paid you X amount’.

The email will include a unique reference that has been assigned to the payout and this will match the reference shown on your bank statement.

If the number of payments processed within your payout for that day is less than 100, the email will contain a breakdown showing each customer’s payment.

If the payout consists of more than 100 individual payments, the email will instead contain a link to your dashboard where you can view the payout breakdown.

Payout notifications emails are sent to the first administrator of your account or the email address you’ve set within your billing contact details.

How to access more detailed information on your payouts

You can view more information about your payouts on the payouts page on the dashboard.

Clicking on an individual payout will give you further information on that particular payout. The credits section will include all payments collected from your customers and included in this payout. The debits section will show any funds that were deducted from the total before processing.

To export this information to view in a spreadsheet, simply click on payout breakdown and select export.
