Request client authorisation via email

The email authorisation request method enables you to quickly send out authorisation invites to your customers from within your dashboard. All you need is their email address, and you can send invites to one or multiple customers in one go.

  1. Open your dashboard and click Customers

  2. Click Invite customers

  3. Select the Email option

  4. Enter your customer email address(es) into the Emails field

  5. Add an optional personalised Custom message

  6. Add your client(s) to an existing subscription template (optional) *
  7. Under the Advanced options, you can select the language you would like the invite(s) sent in **

  8. Click Send invite(s)

Your clients will remain ‘pending’ in your account until they authorise, at which point they will move to ‘active’ status.

* If selected, the payment plan will be applied to all customers entered in step 4 
** Your personalised message will be sent in the language written

Re-sending invitation emails

If you would like to re-send an invitation email, for example if the customer no longer has the invitation email, you can do this by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Customers page

  2. Click on the pending filter

  3. Locate the customer in the Pending list and click on the three dots next to their name and click send reminder email
