For dashboard users, the link authorisation request option covered in more detail below enables you to share a direct link to your client approval form. This could be added to your own email template, added within a button on your website or other online presence, or even shared via SMS, Whatsapp, or another messaging service.
Please note : With the email and CSV authorisation request options also available through the dashboard, your invited clients will sit pending in your account until they authorise. With the link option, they will only appear once the authorisation form has been completed.
- Open your dashboard and click Customers
- Click Add customers
- Select the Link option
- Click Copy to save the link to your clipboard *
- Add the link to your own email template, website, or other shareable location
* Always copy the link from the window itself. Do not open the link and then copy the link from your browser address bar - this initiates security measures that will invalidate the link after a predefined time period.
