GoCardless process Direct Debit payments on behalf of other businesses and organisations, effectively acting as a 'master merchant'. When you pay by GoCardless we collect payment from your account into our own. These funds are then remitted on to the merchant you are paying.
If you do not recognise a payment we have collected from your account you can check it via our Payment Lookup Tool.

When contacting us, please include the charge date and amount of the payment, along with your name and postcode of your billing address. This will help us locate your payment in our system. For security reasons, please do NOT email us your bank account details.
