If your business name has changed but everything else regarding your business remains the same (i.e. bank account, legal entity, company registration number, ownership of trade and assets), then you can simply update the name by clicking Settings -> Team -> Creditor -> Edit.
You will also need to send an email to [email protected] letting us know the new business name so that we can update this in our system.
If anything else regarding your business has changed, then you will need to let our Account Verification team know this, by sending an email to with details of the change.
Our Verification team will need to assess this on an individual basis before advising if there’s anything else we require you to do.
