For dashboard users, the email authorisation request method covered in more detail below allows you to quickly send out approval invites to your clients so you can begin billing them. All you need is their email address, and you can send out one or multiple client invites in one go.
The process
- Open your dashboard and click Customers
- Click Add customers
- Select the Email option
- Enter your client email address(es) into the Customer emails field
- Add an optional personalised Message
- Select the language you would like the invite(s) sent in
(Any personalised message added in the previous step will be sent in the language written)
- Add your client(s) to an existing payment plan (optional)
(If selected, the payment plan will be applied to all customers entered in step 4)
- Click Add customers
Your clients will remain ‘pending’ in your account until they authorise, at which point they will move to ‘active’ status.
