Please note that the earliest silent cancellations can be actioned is within 1-2 working days after form submission. We cannot schedule cancellations on weekends or bank holidays.

We do not recreate the recurring payments following the silent cancellation. You will need to recreate those separately. Please tick this box as an acknowledgement

Should you fail to cancel any payments created by the subscription, they will be submitted to the customer’s bank for processing as normal. If you are happy for the silent cancellation to be actioned, please confirm below:

I am happy for GoCardless to action this silent cancellation on the GoCardless account. I am aware that if payments created by the subscription are not cancelled, the payment will be submitted to the payer’s bank for collection. GoCardless will not take responsibility for those collected payments.
