You can view detailed information about your customers on the dashboard.
On a customer’s individual page you can view:

The date they were added
-
Their email address
-
Their billing address
-
The bank accounts they are using to pay you
-
Any subscriptions you have set them up on

Details of their payment history
How to view information about your customer

First navigate to the customers page by clicking on customers on the left navigation panel. You can filter the customers shown here by active, inactive and pending.

Clicking on the customer’s name will open the customer’s individual page where you can view information specific to them.

Clicking on the customer’s bank account will show more details, along with the status of their Direct Debit mandate(s).

You can view more information about customer mandate(s) by clicking on their mandate reference.
Viewing customer mandate information
Once a customer has authorised payments to you, a Direct Debit mandate is set up against their bank account. This enables you to collect payments from them via Direct Debit.
On the customer mandate page you can view:

Mandate status
-
Creation date
-
Earliest charge date (if you were to create a payment there and then)

Direct Debit scheme the mandate is associated with e.g. Bacs, SEPA
-
Mandate reference
-
If payments require customer approval
-
Mandate history
-
Any payments associated with this mandate
-
Any subscriptions set up against this mandate
How to view a customer's mandate information

Navigate to your Customers page

Select the customer
-
Click on the customer's Bank account

Click on the Mandate reference
You will now see the details of the customer's mandate, including details of any associated subscriptions and/or payments.
