Please note: Charity & Non-Profit organisations are not able to use International Payments with FX. However, you can still collect international payments using International Payments without FX.
If you're not a Charity or Non-Profit organisation and International Payments with FX is not enabled for your account, please contact our support team so they can look into this for you.

Please note: For Denmark, Sweden and United Kingdom: You can also collect payments in DKK using the Betalingsservice scheme in Denmark, SEK using the Autogiro scheme in Sweden and GBP using the BACS scheme in the UK.

- You are on our Advanced or Pro plan and use the Custom Payment Pages feature, which is part of the “Custom checkout experience” add-on
- You intend to collect Euros from these countries
- Your customer has a Euro-denominated bank account
