A customer’s subscription can be cancelled via their individual customer record within your dashboard. When cancelled, the customer will receive a notification email advising them of the action.
Please note: If a payment has been created ready for collection as part of the subscription you wish to cancel (and so appears in the Payments section of the customer’s record), cancelling the subscription will not cancel this payment. The payment will need to be cancelled separately. This can only be done whilst the payment is pending submission.

Click Customers or locate your customer via the search bar

Select the customer

Locate the subscription within the corresponding section

Click on the three dots at the far right of its record and click cancel

Click Cancel subscription to confirm
Alternatively, you can cancel the subscription from within its full page record via the Manage button.
