Invite or add customers to a subscription template
There are two methods for inviting new customers to sign up to a payment plan with you.
i). Share a subscription template link
ii). Send a subscription template invite to a customer via email
i). Share a subscription template link
Using this method, the subscription template link can be shared with a new customer directly, or can be added to a website, newsletter, or other online presence for multiple customers to sign up to.

Click on Payments and then on Subscription Templates

Click on the active plan you wish to invite the customer(s) to

Click on the Invite new customer button

Click Copy link alongside the link
Do not open the link and then copy it from your browser, as it will trigger security measures and invalidate -
Share with your customer(s) via your chosen method
ii). Send a subscription template invite via email
With this method, you can send out an email inviting your customer(s) to sign up to your payment plan directly from your dashboard.

Click on Payments and then on Subscription Templates

Click on the active plan you wish to invite your customer(s) to

Click on the Invite new customer button

Click on Invite by email

Enter your customer’s email address (you can enter one or multiple email addresses)

Add an optional message to appear in their email invite if preferred

Click Send invite
