When to expect a payout
We now offer the ability to schedule your payouts weekly, monthly or daily, allowing you to receive payments when it suits your business needs. Payouts will be sent to your bank account according to the scheme's payment timings.
Typically, payouts are processed within two working days of the customer being charged depending on the scheme you're collecting the payment through.

How you will receive a payout
Payments collected and paid out on a given day are grouped together and paid in one lump sum, minus our transaction fees.
You will receive a maximum of one payout per currency on each day a payout is due.
If you have customers based across multiple countries, you will receive a separate payout for each currency.
Each payout will have a unique payout reference, which will match the reference shown on your bank statement, in your notification email and on your dashboard.
Receiving funds collected in multiple currencies
Collecting payments internationally works the same way as collecting domestic payments and the payment timings will only depend on how you’re collecting international payments; with FX or without FX.
You will receive a maximum of one payout per currency on each day a payout is due.
If you have customers based across multiple countries, you will receive a separate payout for each currency.
Receiving payments collected with international payments with FX
The payments will be converted into your home currency and the transaction fee will be deducted before the payments are paid out to you.
For example, if you’ve collected payments in Euro and AUD and your home currency is GBP you will receive two separate payouts however, they will both be paid out in GBP.
Receiving payments collected with international payments without FX
The payments will be paid out in the currency they were collected in and the transaction fee will be deducted before the payments are paid out to you.
You will need to have a separate bank account for each currency and these will all need to be added to the dashboard individually, even if you are using the same bank account.
For example, if you collect payments in Euro, AUD and GBP you will receive three separate payouts, one for each currency.
