If your business name has changed but everything else regarding your business remains the same (i.e. bank account, legal entity, company registration number, ownership of trade and assets), please send an email to help@gocardless.com letting us know the new business name. We will be able to update this in our system.
If anything else regarding your business has changed, then you will need to let our Account Verification team know this, by sending an email to verification@gocardless.com with details of the change.
Our Verification team will need to assess this on an individual basis before advising if there’s anything else we require you to do.
