Which Partners support Success+ intelligent retries?

GoCardless connects with over 350 software partners to help you manage your business seamlessly. However, not all partners support Success+ yet. Because our partner ecosystem grows every day, we cannot provide a single, static list of every integrated platform. If you’d like to check whether your connected app supports Success+, contact our Support team.

What happens if my partner is not integrated?

If you connect to a partner platform that does not support Success+, you may run into payment reconciliation issues.

When a payment fails, Success+ uses payment intelligence to automatically recover it in the background. If your partner platform cannot recognise these automated retries, a mismatch happens: the payment will show as permanently "failed" on their platform, even if we successfully collect the funds later.

If you use a partner platform and want to get the most out of Success+, we recommend reaching out to your partner's support team to verify their current status.

If they do not support Success+, take these three actions:

  1. Ask about their roadmap: Find out if they plan to support Success+ soon
  2. Review your workflows: Ask them what alternative processes they recommend to manually reconcile payment statuses between GoCardless and their system
  3. Evaluate your setup: If manual tracking takes up too much time, you can temporarily disable Success+ or switch to an alternative partner that fully supports the integration
