Partner dashboard home
You can access the Partner Dashboard by clicking Switch to Partner View in the left navigation sidebar. The Partner Dashboard is only available if you have a live partner app linked to your organisation.
The Home page provides an overview of your partner integrations and identifies growth opportunities.
The page includes two sections: processed payments and integration overview.
Processed payments
View top-level metrics for payments collected through your integration. This is not your money, but your user’s money:
Collected payments: The gross value of all successful one-off and recurring payments collected by connected merchants, before fees and refunds.
Payment volume: The total number of successful payments processed by your connected merchants.
Payment failure rate: The percentage of payment attempts that have failed.
You can filter payment metrics by date range and collection currency.
Integration overview
Understand how well your app is performing. Here you can review merchant activity and your self-serve payouts by currency:
Active merchants: The number of verified merchants who successfully collected at least one payment through your integration in the last 90 days.
Connected merchants: Current number of merchants who have connected to your integration. Does not include disconnected merchants.
Merchants per country: The distribution of your merchants by country.

Total self-serve payouts:
Revenue Share: The portion of GoCardless transaction fees that are allocated to your platform under your partner agreement. Only for self-serve GoCardless merchants without a custom sales contract.
App Fee: Additional charges your platform applies to transactions (if configured) through the GoCardless Partner API, separate from GoCardless fees.
Note: the self-serve payout metrics only include revenue generated by self-serve merchants connected to your app. To see the revenue share generated by your sales-led merchants (users who have a custom contract with GoCardless) please contact your Partner Account Manager.
