Partner payouts
View all payouts for your apps, categorised by app fee or revenue share items.
A payout is the net of what was collected in that period from your merchants, minus any refunds, late failures, or chargebacks that also fell in it. If those deductions outweigh what was collected, the payout can shrink, come out at zero, or go negative. When that happens, GoCardless recoups the shortfall from the next payout instead of paying out that cycle. Payouts are generated per currency so you will see separate payouts for each currency.
Note: if you use the same GoCardless account for collecting payments from your own merchants (e.g. if you charge them a subscription from using your platform), you’ll find those in the regular merchant dashboard payouts page.
Metric widgets display the following data:
Total payouts: The total value of payouts sent to your bank accounts. This includes App Fees and Revenue Share paid to you, but excludes your personal merchant payouts.
Total self-serve revenue share: The portion of GoCardless transaction fees that are allocated to your platform under your partner agreement. Only for self-serve GoCardless merchants without a custom sales contract.
Total app fees: The total value of app fees that have been collected from merchant transactions.
Estimated next payout: The date of your next payout. The frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) can be updated from your preferences.
Note: the widgets are filtered per app, but the table aggregates payouts across all apps in your organisation.
