The GoCardless for Salesforce Billing app provides two reports – one of which summarises the mandates in the Org, and the other which summarises the Payment Schedule Line Items in the Org.
The Mandates Report groups all mandates in the Org by status and provides the following details:
- Name
- ID
- Currency
- Creation date
- Account that it is linked to
The Payments Report groups all payments in the Org by status and provides the following details:
- Charge date
- Amount
- Payment ID
- Created date
- Currency
- Description provided from GoCardless (This may contain a reason for payment failure).
- It also displays the related Payment Schedules and Invoices.
These reports can both be viewed within the provided GoCardless dashboard or directly from the reports tab, where they can be found stored within the GoCardless Reports folder.
