This article explains how to complete the Company details verification step of the onboarding process as a charity or non-profit. You can also view our frequently asked questions.

You will see five options to select from when signing up as a charity or non-profit:
- Registered charity
- Excepted charity (e.g. Scout or Guide group)
- Unregistered club or society
- Community amateur sports club(CASC)

Once you have filled in and submitted your details for all required steps, you will be required to complete some outstanding verification checks. How many will depend on what we could verify automatically and which require input from you to resolve.
At a minimum though, we will always require a verification payment to verify your payout bank account. Please see here for more details.
