1. Updating your password
You can update your password from within your dashboard:

Login to your dashboard, click on Settings in the top right of your screen and then on User settings

Scroll down to the Change your password section

Enter your new password in the field provided and click save changes
- In the window that opens, fill in your current password and enter the code you received from your authenticator app or via text message.

Click submit to complete the action
Please note: Your new password needs to be unique and at least 20 characters. We strongly recommend using a combination of UPPER and lowercase characters, numbers, and special characters (e.g. !, *, £, etc.). Checkout keeping your account secure for tips.
2. Updating your log in details
You can update your log in details from within your dashboard:
Login to your dashboard, click on Settings in the top right of your screen and then on User settings
Updating your name and/or email address
The first section you’ll find on this page allows you to update the name and email address associated to your user account.
Once you've entered a new email address, click save changes.
In the window that opens, fill in your current password and enter the code you received from your authenticator app or via text message.
Please note: This is now the email address you would enter when logging into your GoCardless account.
