Support Tickets: Viewing Attachments
Our Support Team may include an attachment when responding to your query.
For security reasons, we would need to authenticate you before being able to display it.
You will see the below screen - please click on "Get a password":
This will allow you to reset your password and automatically log you into the GoCardless Support centre. Simply click on the attachment link in the email again to obtain the attachments.
Please note that you would not be able to use your GoCardless Account login details to access the attachment, but would need to follow the above process instead.
