With the Advanced offering, you get access to all the features available in the Standard plan as well as:

Along with this plan, two add-ons are available:

Your business name on customers’ bank statement: Your business name on your customers' bank statements, instead of GoCardless

Custom checkout experience and payer notifications: The ability to use custom payment pages to create a bespoke payer experience and the use of custom notifications to inform your customers of upcoming payments and changes to their authorisation.

Do you offer discounts for large transaction volumes?
Yes, we do offer Custom Pricing to businesses that have a large transaction volume. Contact our sales team to discuss your options.
How do I pay for my Advanced plan?
Each plan is priced differently, with its own domestic transaction fees and cap as well international transaction fees. We also charge a high-value transaction fee* in certain geos, ancillary fees (refund, chargebacks and failures) as well as monthly add-on fees for the add-on features. Those fees, unlike the transaction fees and cap, remain the same across each plan. You can find out more about the plan fees here.
* High-value transaction fee is a fee that applies when a transaction amount reaches a certain threshold. After this threshold, we charge an additional fee on the portion of the transaction above the threshold.
I’m a Custom Pricing customer; do I commit to a single volume that can be used across multiple countries, or do I need to specify a volume for each country I plan to collect payments in?
This will depend on the contract you have with us. In most cases, we will combine the different regions into one flat fee and a committed transaction volume.
I’m a Custom Pricing customer; What happens if I reach my committed volume before the end of my contract?
We typically monitor the account and look at increasing the committed volume at contract renewal or prior to this, depending on your business needs. However, in the first instance, you are charged per transaction for any transactions over the committed volume.
