1. Updating your password
You can update your password from within your dashboard:

Login to your dashboard, click on Settings in the top right of your screen and then on User settings

Scroll down to the Change password section

Enter your current password in the first text field, followed by your new password in the field below

Once you have filled in these two fields, the Save changes button will activate for you to click and save your changes.
Please note: Your new password needs to be unique and at least 12 characters. We strongly recommend using a combination of UPPER and lowercase characters, numbers, and special characters (e.g. !, *, £, etc.). Checkout keeping your account secure for tips.
2. Updating your log in details
You can update your log in details from within your dashboard:
Login to your dashboard, click on Settings in the top right of your screen and then on User settings
Updating your name and/or email address
The first section you’ll find on this page allows you to update the name and email address associated to your user account.
Once you've entered a new email address you'll be asked to enter your password before you can save your changes.
When you enter your password, the Save changes button will become available. You can then click it to save your new email, making it the active admin email address on your account.
Please note: This is now the email address you would enter when logging into your GoCardless account.
