The table below shows whether or not your payout bank account must be based in the same country as the customer you are collecting from.
In all cases, the payout bank account must be able to receive funds in the same currency that they were collected in from the customer. Please confirm this with your bank if unsure. E.g., for payments collected from customers based in the Eurozone, the payout bank account must be able to receive Euro (€) denominated funds.

You can collect payments from customers in that location (through the applicable Direct Debit scheme) and be paid out to a bank account based in the corresponding Merchant payout bank account location. As above, please ensure your payout bank account can receive funds in the same currency they were collected in from the customer. |

The merchant payout bank account cannot be located in that country to receive funds from customers collected through the corresponding scheme. You will need to have a bank account based in the same country (or region if SEPA) as the customer. |
