If your business has moved, you will need to update this information via your GoCardless dashboard:

Log into your GoCardless dashboard at manage.gocardless.com

Click Settings and then Company Info. Click Edit account details to open the setup section.

Click Account Details in the top right and then select Business details from the menu on the left

Please ensure you click on the continue button at the bottom of the page to save any updates. If this is greyed out, this would suggest that mandatory information is missing from the onboarding flow. These will be highlighted with a small red asterisk and will need to be completed before saving.
