Removing a customer
Inactive customers can be removed from your dashboard to permanently delete their record and any associated personal details. To make a customer inactive you will first need to cancel their customer record. Once you’ve done this, follow the steps below.
- Click Customers or locate your customer via the search bar
- Change the status filter from active to inactive
- Select the customer
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select Remove
- Confirm that you understand and accept that the process is irreversible by selecting the checkboxes
- Click Yes, remove this customer
