Inactive customers can be removed from your dashboard to permanently delete their record and any associated personal details. To make a customer inactive you will first need to cancel their customer record. Once you’ve done this, follow the steps below.

Click Customers or locate your customer via the search bar

Change the status filter from active to inactive

Select the customer

Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select Remove

Confirm that you understand and accept that the process is irreversible by selecting the checkboxes

Click Yes, remove this customer
