This article outlines the information that is required in order to verify your account as a club or association.

Unregistered Club or Society
Select this option if you are operating as a local or community club (for example, a local sports team or choir.)
What Information do we require?
You will be able to provide the details for your organisation within the ‘Tell Us About Your Company’ section of your dashboard. We will ask for:
Charity Details:
- Tell us briefly what you are collecting payments for under What does your business do?
- Select 'Unregistered Club or Society’' from the Charity/non-profit type menu
- Enter your charity name and the address for the organisation
Your Details:
- Under Your details, enter your own name, personal residential address and date of birth.
Once you have filled out these fields, please select ‘Continue’
You will then be guided through the onboarding steps including:
Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC)
This applies to sports clubs who have registered with HMRC as a CASC. If you are unsure if this applies to your organisation, you can check the register here.
What Information do we require?

- Select 'Community amateur sports club (CASC)’' from the Charity/non-profit type menu
- Enter your charity name and the address for the organisation
Your Details:
- Under Your details, enter your own name, personal residential address and date of birth.
Once you have filled out these fields, please select ‘Continue.’ We will review the information that you have provided and will be in touch if anything further is required.
