GoCardless payment pages have the functionality to display your company logo above the Direct Debit authorisation form.
You can add this via the Account details section of your dashboard. To access this:
1. Click on Settings in the top right of your dashboard and select Company info
2. Click the Edit account details button in the centre of the screen
Alternatively, you can login directly to the relevant section of your account by navigating to manage.gocardless.com/onboarding.
3. In the Account verification steps column on the left, select Add your brand
a). To begin, upload your business logo.
b). Click the Upload a logo box to choose the logo file from your computer/device.
c). Once uploaded, you will see the logo replace your business name at the top of the example form.
d). You can also use the toggle at the top to see how your logo will appear on notification emails.
e). Next, choose how you would like your name to appear on your customers' bank statements.
Simply type your chosen reference into the Reference field provided.
NOTE: This only applies if you've selected our Standard package, where this reference will be included as part of the full reference provided on your customers' bank statements.
If you've selected the Plus or Pro package, your business name only will appear on your customers' bank statements as it will be registered against your unique scheme identifier.

If you've decided that you would prefer to add further customisation options to your customer experience, you have the option to Upgrade to Plus.
When you're ready, click Continue to save your changes.
We support .jpg and .png images, with a maximum file size of 500kb. Images will be resized to 300px x 40px.
If you use GoCardless payment pages without uploading a logo, we will display your organisation name at the top of the form instead.
