Comment exporter les données de paiement
1. Connectez-vous à votre tableau de bord GoCardless et accédez à la page Paiements
2. Sélectionnez le statut des paiements que vous souhaitez exporter
À l’aide des options de filtre, sélectionnez la plage de dates à laquelle les paiements à exporter ont été créés (c.-à-d. ajoutés à votre tableau de bord), ainsi que leur statut actuel. Les statuts possibles sont les suivants :

En attente d'approbation par le client final : nous attendons que le client final approuve le paiement

Approbation refusée par le client final : le client final a refusé le paiement. Vous devez le contacter directement

Soumission en attente : le paiement a été créé, mais n'a pas encore été soumis aux banques

Soumis : le paiement a été soumis aux banques
- Annulé : le paiement a été annulé

Confirmé : le paiement a été confirmé comme prélevé

Versé : le paiement a été inclus dans un versement
-
Échec : le paiement n'a pas pu être traité. Notez que les paiements peuvent échouer après avoir été confirmés si le message d'échec est envoyé tardivement par les banques.

Rejeté : le paiement a été rejeté
3. Cliquez sur le bouton Exporter pour lancer un téléchargement CSV de vos données de paiement [filtrées]
Une fenêtre de création d’exportation s’ouvre en bas à droite de votre écran pour vous permettre de suivre la progression du téléchargement
Une fois le téléchargement terminé, l'icône de statut passe au vert
4. Cliquez sur le lien CSV pour télécharger l'exportation sur votre appareil
5. Après avoir téléchargé l'exportation, cliquez sur Ignorer pour fermer la fenêtre de création d'exportation
Comment exporter les données de paiement par client final
1. Recherchez le client final pour lequel vous voulez exporter des paiements via la page
Une fenêtre de création d’exportation s’ouvre en bas à droite de votre écran pour vous permettre de suivre la progression du téléchargement
Une fois le téléchargement terminé, l'icône de statut passe au vert
5. Cliquez sur le lien CSV pour télécharger l'exportation sur votre appareil
6. Après avoir téléchargé l'exportation, cliquez sur Ignorer pour fermer la fenêtre de création d'exportation
